Una's Agile Strategy Lab Offering Course On Building An Agile Economy

Florence, ALA. - UNA's Agile Strategy Lab is offering an online course, Building an Agile Economy to assist participants by teaching agile ways to build an economy. This 3-week online course will advance their knowledge and skills to take on new factors in an ever-changing economy. The online course will run from June 15toJuly 3 at a cost of$245 per student. "Over the past 30 years, we've seen economies transform themselves. Once flattened by the pressures of globalization, they have found a new path forward by linking and leveraging the assets in their own backyard," states Ed Morrison, Director of the Agile Strategy Lab at UNA. "In this course, we'll share with you new approaches to economic development and pathways to build an agile economy." After this course, participants will understand how networks and ecosystems power your economy, analyze their ecosystems, and apply agile management practices to activate the changes needed for their area to prosper. Morrison added, "In a new course launching June 15, I'll be sharing the stories and how we've transformed these economies. We will show you new approaches to economic development, approaches that build agile economies. We will explain the frameworks and approaches we used to create new ecosystems that stimulate and support innovation and entrepreneurship." The Agile Strategy Lab is a collaboration of pioneers in the fields of agile strategy and leadership, as well as collaboration science.The Lab offers a wide variety of courses, both online and in-person.
