Modern Classics: Una Groups To Perform Best Choral Music Of The Past 20 Years

FLORENCE, Ala. - Some of the best choral music from around the world and right here at home will be performed by three UNA choral groups at 7:30 p.m. March 9 at Grace Episcopal Church in Sheffield. The concert, "Turn of the Millennium: Choral Gems From 1990-2010," will feature the UNA Chamber Choir, Vocal Jazz Ensemble and University Chorale.

Composers include Part, Whitacre, Hogan, Owens, Loeppky, Lauridsen, Stone, Paulus, Meader and many others.

The event is free and open to the public.
