Flutes And Friends Presents Spring Concert May 1

FLORENCE, Ala. - Flutes and Friends will present its spring concert, "Walking the Dog With Walt," at 7 p.m. May 1 at First Presbyterian Church in downtown Florence. The event is free and open to the public.
Selections featured in the program will range from Disney to dogs to Baroque. The show will include the combined UNA flute ensemble performing "Snow White Medley," arranged by Steve Sample and directed by Jim Champion; "Concerto No. 1 in G Major," by Joseph Bodin de Boismortier; and "The Dog Chronicles," by Catherine McMichael.
