Lewis Yuille grew up in North Alabama graduating from Deshler High School. Originally he attended the University of North Alabama. While working in local restaurants he decided to go to culinary school in Louisville, KY where he graduated with honors from Sullivan University. After graduating he worked in research & development, restaurant operations, & in the field mainly doing new restaurant openings. Lewis moved back home nine years ago to join the culinary department at UNA. He is married & has a son.
