The Office of Grants and Contracts Accounting offers mandatory post-award finance training to all Principal Investigators (PIs) receiving new awards and to all PIs who qualify for the issuance of a grant P-card.

Topics covered during training sessions include:

• Banner 9 Self Service
• Grant Pcard qualifications
• Time and Effort (as applicable)

Training sessions are designed for beginners to Banner and will be presented at a slower pace, on an individual award basis, in one-to-one or small group settings in the Office of Grants and Contracts Accounting (Cramer Way 119). These training sessions will provide PIs with the needed information to view

• project balances
• outstanding purchase orders
• obligated expenditures with details
