CARE Team Process

  • When a Student of Concern Referral is completed, the University Case Manager connects with the student of concern and works alongside CARE Team members and the student to address concerns and connect to campus and community resources for support.
  • Careful consideration is given to the student's circumstances and an individual plan is developed for the student, when appropriate.
  • Campus safety and the success of the student are the CARE Team's top priorities.

The CARE Team observes FERPA restrictions, adhering to more stringent HIPAA requirements, to protect student privacy.

In the case of an emergency, CALL 911 for IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE. Student of Concern Referral is not checked after business hours.
