Lunch and Learn
This year for our Lunch and Learns, we are bringing back our "Wellness Wednesday” series to help us strengthen ourselves: body, mind, and spirit, in the fight against COVID-19.  Wellness Wednesdays begins in January and goes through April. We will hold all sessions via Zoom as well as in-person options. All sessions will be recorded and available to view on our YouTube Channel and website. Don’t miss this special series.
