Homecoming Court Nomination Process

Nominations will require nominees' names, cell phone numbers, email addresses, pictures, bios, and FERPA Release Forms. You will upload the FERPA Release form for each nominee with the Nomination Form.

connell-cornelius.jpeg Connell Cornelius Connell Cornelius is a Junior from Rogersville Alabama majoring in Instrumental Performance. Connell is a proud member of the University of North Alabama Marching Pride where he serves as section leader. He is also involved in the Shoals Symphony Orchestra, the UNA Studio Jazz Band, and the UNA Horn Studio. He is a member of Alpha Tau Omega where he served as Philanthropy Chair, Social Chair, and New-Member Educator. He is a SOAR Counselor and was recently selected as Head Family Counselor.  Alpha Tau Omega
will-driver.png Will Driver Will Driver is a senior at UNA majoring in Sociology. He is currently serving as the Spirit Activities Planner for UPC and a writer for FLOW magazine. He is most known for his involvement and strives to help any student in need. He created the “RL” hand sign for UNA! He loves UNA, every single person in it, and especially all the diamonds of Alpha Delta Pi!  Alpha Delta Pi
nazar-fedoryshyn.jpg Nazar Fedoryshyn Nazar Fedoryshyn is a junior majoring in Professional Management with a minor in Sports Management. He is a leader on the UNA men's Tennis team, serves as a SAAC Diversity officer, and is from Ukraine. Within the tennis team during last year's season, Nazar secured a career-high 26 total wins. Nazar has been a member of the UNA community for 3 years and is grateful for the support of the UNA community.  Navigators
tate-pierce.jpg Tate Pierce Tate Pierce is a junior accounting student, originally from Muscle Shoals. He serves as treasurer of his fraternity, Sigma Chi. Living with a disease called Cystic Fibrosis, Tate has learned to be resilient and optimistic in his everyday life. After graduating, Tate intends to pursue a career in accounting. His favorite part about UNA is the ability to attend an amazing university close to home, where he has built lasting friendships and experiences. With only a year left in college, Tate is excited to embrace new opportunities and continue making memorable moments at UNA as he prepares for his future. Zeta Tau Alpha

On campus, he serves as the Commander of the LaGrange Society and the Vice President of External Affairs for Lambda Sigma Phi. Garret is also involved in Beta Alpha Psi, Mock Trial, Student Government, Accounting Scholars, and Life Group at UBC. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends. On campus, she is a part of the LaGrange Society, Resident Advisor, former SOAR counselor, manager for the UNA WBB, and a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and serves as the vice president of the Alpha Sigma chapter at UNA. She currently serves as President of Zeta Tau Alpha, as well as serves on the leadership team for COEHS Ambassadors. During her time at UNA, she served as a member of the LaGrange Society and as Zeta Tau Alpha’s Panhellenic Delegate and New Member Coordinator. Lillie says that UNA has had such a positive impact on her life, blessing her with many opportunities to grow, lead, and make friendships with memories that will last a lifetime!  Zeta Tau Alpha

She plans on going into Cardiac Rehabilitation while also teaching various group fitness classes. She was a member of the ROAR dance team for 3 years while also participating in other activities such as Honors College, Phi Mu, the BCM, and LIFE college ministry. She has held leadership positions and received recognitions like New Member Director, Step Sing captain, D-group leader, and dance team MVP. She is a member of the NU Omicron Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and serves as a forerunner for "Yes, You Are Worth It." Additionally, she is a proud member of the Cole Honors College and a SOAR Counselor. Ashkea is known for her outgoing and happy-go-lucky personality, always seeing the good in others. She is a campus leader as a member of UNA's International Ambassadors/The Navigators. She is a junior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Professional Management. Her academic focus is on developing leadership skills and effective management techniques that will help her succeed in her future career. On a personal note, she enjoys travelling, anything outside, and supporting UNA. Navigators
