Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Barre:  This ballet-inspired class will help tone the thighs, lift your butt, sculpt arms and strengthen your core. All this to current pop music!

Beach Body: A 45 minute cardio and strength based class that will dynamically test your fitness. Grab your water, towel, and energy and get ready for the beach.

Butts & Guts: A butt-kicking, gut-wrenching, thigh toning class aimed at improving your lower body and core. This class is for all levels. 

Cycling: In this class you will experience a variety of cycling including hill climbs, fast flats, and exhilarating finishes while focusing on speed, power, intensity and technique- A great cardio workout!

Fit 2 Fight: Do you want to look and feel like a pro fighter without ever taking punch? Fit 2 Fight is a program that combines strength building exercises, iconic martial arts moves, and HIIT conditioning. The class is inviting to beginners and experienced alike.

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training: This is a class with periods of high intensity cardio work or strength training and then short intermittent rests – the ultimate interval workout!

Hip Hop HIIT: You’ll get a high/low interval intensity workout with 90's, 2000’s, and 2010’s music.  We’ll work out differently every day incorporating cardio pump dances (similar to cardio hip hop), cycling, tabata, and more!

Yoga: The mind-body balance of yoga takes a traditional approach through practicing physical postures within your own ability. Yoga is for those who are looking for an all-around, calming approach to ease tension in the body. Beginners welcome!
