    Tyler Tolles is an active percussion performer and educator residing in Tallahassee, Florida. He is presently a DM candidate in Percussion Performance at The Florida State University where he also received both a MM-Percussion Performance and Jazz Studies under the tutelage of Dr. John Parks. He performs with the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra (acting Principal), Tallahassee Ballet, Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra, and Sinfonia Gulf Coast Orchestra. As an educator, he is currently on faculty (adjunct) at the University of North Alabama. He received his BM-Percussion Performance from the University of North Texas and is an active member of the Percussive Arts Society, FMEA, and NAfME. 

Tyler’s primary teachers include: Christopher Deane, Mark Ford, Robert Schietroma, Ed Smith, Leon Anderson, Nick Finzer, and Dr. John Parks IV.
