Students must be majoring in one of our distinctive scholarship programs. UNA students majoring in Accounting*, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering Technology, or Occupational Health Sciences are eligible to apply. Undergraduate Student Eligibility by Major:
Accounting:
- First-time Freshman: minimum 3.3 high school GPA and 26 ACT preferred
- Transfer Student: minimum 3.3 undergraduate GPA; junior standing preferred; B or better in AC 291 and AC 292
- Current UNA Student: minimum 3.3 undergraduate GPA; junior standing preferred; B or better in AC 291 and AC 292
Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, and Information Technology:
- First-time Freshman: minimum 3.0 high school GPA OR 24 ACT composite
- Transfer Student: minimum 3.0 GPA in all post-secondary coursework
- Current UNA Student: minimum 3.0 GPA overall; minimum 3.0 in-major GPA
Engineering Technology:
The requirement for Engineering Technology majors is a 3.30 GPA*. Students applying for this program scholarship are also required to have a 25+ on ACT Composite, Math, and Science scores.
*This program is targeting first-time and transfer students; however, if funds are available, sophomore Engineering Technology majors may also qualify.
Occupational Health Science:
- First-time Freshman: minimum 3.0 high school GPA or 25 or higher ACT composite
- Transfer Student: minimum 3.0 GPA in all post-secondary coursework
- Current UNA Student: minimum 3.0 GPA overall
Graduate Student Eligibility by Major:
MAcc and MBA in Accounting:
- Minimum 3.5 undergraduate GPA
- Undergraduate degree must have been obtained from UNA
