Making a Reservation


There are two primary ways to book a space in the GUC, at the ROTC Memorial Amphitheatre, or at Wesleyan Hall.

Registered student groups (RSOs), university departments, and university guests are all welcome to contact the Event Management team directly and submit the appropriate paperwork. For more information on whom and how to contact them, follow this link or select the appropriate button below.

The second option is to submit a Mazevo request. University departments and employees are encouraged to make reservation requests directly through Mazevo, our space reservation management system. A benefit of using Mazevo is that you can compare space availability and make updates on your own time. Also, by working through Mazevo, you are able to view your past events as well as view or edit future events. More information on this process may be found by following this link or by selecting the Mazevo button below. Please note that Mazevo access is not available to students or university guests at this time.
