• The quickest and easiest way to obtain professional help for any emergency, fire, or injury is to phone 911.
  
• When calling, stay calm and carefully explain the problem and location to the Dispatch Operator.
  
• If it is safe to do so, you may notify department or facility administrators as appropriate.
• Non-emergency UNA law enforcement assistance can be summoned by calling the University of North Alabama Police Department at 256-765-4357 (HELP) and following the automated phone tree.
• Please be reminded that it is not permissible to use elevators in the event of ANY emergency.
