Marketing Request Information

This form is to request materials for any School of the Arts programs or events*. It must be completed by a current School of the Arts faculty or staff member. Allow a minimum of 2 weeks for a first draft of your items to be produced (for programs please email bhharmon@una.edu for information and deadlines).

*Once event materials have been approved, you have the option of having the School of the Arts send the information to the university digest, university calendar, and a Facebook event being created. If you have already created materials for an event, but would like the School of the Arts to share the information, please send the event information with a jpg, png, or pdf to arts@una.edu.

*For posters/flyers include Name of Event; Artist or Ensemble Presenting; Date, Time, & Location; Cost of Admission/Free to Public; Any other pertinent information you wish the item to include.
