The Department of Geography at the University of North Alabama invites you to an exciting and unforgettable educational opportunity in Tanzania. This two week field course will involve travel to Tanzania in the inter-term period in May 2016 to learn about and experience the physical environment and indigenous cultures of Tanzania. This is a 3 and 6-credit hour graduate and undergraduate Geography program – and will be offered as:

  1. GE350–Geography of Africa (with a focus on Tanzania) by Dr. Francis Koti
  2. GE497– East African Landforms and Landscapes by Dr. Greg Gaston

The program is open to all UNA students, UNA faculty and staff, students from other universities, teachers and community members.
