Support Policies

  1. Please allow one business day for response.
  2. Correspondence received during university closures, holidays, and may not be addressed until the next regularly scheduled business day at UNA. 
  3. Support will make no changes to course content without written permission of faculty member, department chair, or dean.
  4. Support can add faculty members to courses that are not their own at the written request of the course owner, department chair, or dean.  If the requesting faculty is the course owner, then support will provide instructions for adding additional course members.
