At UNA, the staff recruitment process is a collaborative effort between the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Academic Affairs, Academic Colleges, Non-Academic Departments/Unities and Human Resources. The hiring manager has the responsibility of administrator, director, and search committees in identifying and recruiting outstanding staff.
