ALICE TRAINING

ALICE TRAINING

Are you mentally prepared for an active shooter event? Does your organization have strategies in place? Do you have the knowledge to defend yourself and those in your care?

If these answers don’t come to mind when you imagine yourself or a loved one in an active shooter situation, you are not alone. These terrifying instances have become a rare but deadly reality in our culture. Preparation is essential, and training is the key to survival.

ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) is a set of proactive strategies that increase chances of survival during an armed intruder event. While no one can guarantee no causalities or injuries, we can guarantee that passing on knowledge will empower people with options of survival.  Sign up for our free courses below:

(Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate)

8:00-11:00 AM

Learn strategies to survive Active Shooter events until law enforcement can make contact. The protocol LOCKDOWN/Secure-in-Place is still used by the vast majority of institutions today. While we do support LOCKDOWN as a tool or option, we believe it is potentially dangerous for it to be the only option. It does not prepare anyone in any way for the situations where LOCKDOWN cannot be achieved or the secure area is breached - situations which occur in most Active Shooter events.

Come learn simple strategies that will greatly increase your opportunity to escape carnage or counter the violence being directed at you. In many situations, the staff and students possess many tactical advantages, but they do not know what they are. These strategies are based on actual experience of surviving violent encounters, and the lessons learned.
