The UNA Portal puts payroll information at your fingertips! Here’s how to access it:

• Sign into the UNA Portal.
• Click the Employee Tab on the left index (in purple)
• Click Employee Dashboard
• In the top block will be your profile and your leave balances.
• In the second block is your pay information:
  • Click on the displayed clickable date (Latest Pay Stub) to access your current pay stub detail.
  • Click on All Pay Stubs to access previous years information

To access your W-2:

• Click on Taxes
• Click W-2 Wage and Tax Statement
• Select Tax Year
• Click Display
• To Print, click “Printable W-2” at the bottom of the Tax Statement
  • If prompted for a PIN, it is your 8 digit birthdate
