The UNA Libraries have created a number of digital projects to preserve and provide access to unique collections. Both researchers and casually curious exploring the digital collections will find items from the Shoals area past of both historical and cultural significance. Development continues on these collections and others through the University of North Alabama Archives.

AlabamaMosaic is a repository of digital materials on Alabama's history, culture, places, and people. Its purpose is to make unique historical treasures from Alabama's archives, libraries, museums, and other repositories electronically accessible to Alabama residents and to students, researchers, and the general public in other states and countries.
