Ignore all phishing emails asking for your username and password to any account. UNA Information Technology Services WILL NOT ask you for your UNA Portal username and password via email or phone. Do not give this information out to anyone - even friends or relatives.

LATEST NEWS

1/27/2015 - The latest Java update (version 8.31, 32-bit) has been tested and works with all common campus applications. If you receive a Java update prompt, it is ok to install Java 8.31. Please remember to uncheck the options to install the Ask or Google toolbars.

1/20/15 - The UNAPortal upgrade has been completed. UNAPortal and Canvas logins using UNAPortal (Active Directoy) credentials have been restored.

1/14/15 - UNAPORTAL OUTAGE: ITS will be upgrading to a new storage appliance on Monday, January 19, 2015.  Beginning at approximately 1:00 pm UNAPortal will be shut down in order to move data to the new storage device.   We hope the upgrade will be complete by 4:30 if not earlier.   While UNAPortal is shut down, it will be inaccessible and any systems that use Unaportal for user authentication will not be available.  The online learning system Canvas will be switched to use your six-digit birthday (mmddyy) for the password during this upgrade time.  Email, computer logins, wireless access and the UNA phone system should not be affected.

12/8/14 - UNA Employees are now eligible to download and install Office 2013 for Windows and Office 2011 for Mac on personal devices. Go to our Free Microsoft Office page for more information.
